We accept returns if the item arrives damaged or defective and a refund of the total price paid including the cost of returning the item to us.

We do not accept returns/refunds of personalised products because you’ve misspelt a name, decided it isn’t the right product for your needs after receiving.

We must have any returns within 14 days of receiving the product and we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
