We want you to feel completely delighted with your order. If something isn’t quite perfect, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All we ask is that the item is unused and returned in its original packaging so it can find a new home.
To begin a return, just pop us an email with your order number. We’ll share the return details and look after everything from there. Once your parcel reaches us, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please let us know within 7 days so we can make things right straight away.
Personalised pieces are made especially for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive faulty.

We do offer design and one of creations - please contact us on designteam@riverdalecrafts.co.uk where we will draft proposals and also agree a price before production begins.
